Officially received my invitation to Xterra Worlds in Maui, Hi. today.

Friday 11/16/12

Ran 16 miles today at a 8:42 avg. pace. Starting to get on track for a possible sub 4 hour marathon.

Monday 8/22/11

Officially qualified for Xterra USA Nationals in Ogden, Utah.

Saturday 11/6/10

Completed Ironman Florida in 13 hours and 42 minutes. Goal was 14 hours so I am very happy. Recap to Follow.

Wednesday 05/12/10

Returning from Panama City Florida's Gulf Coast Half Iron Triathlon. Roughest swim in my life. Best bike average ever, 19.9 mph and a normal slow 12 minute mile average on the run. Got to work on the heat training. 6 hours and 23 minutes.

With 3 marathons behind me this year and a new PR of 4:10.59 at Mercedes, things are slowing down. Monday March 1st begins a 36 week Ironman Training Program.

Monday 2/09/09

Hammered a new PR today at LPP. Raced corner post to corner post in a time of 54.14. This is about 30 seconds faster than ever. Hope it's signs of good things to come.

Today I conquered the bat cave with Joey and Corey watching. It has been 4 years in the waiting.

Well I did it. I now have an Ironman tattoo compliments of Tat 2 U and Adam Bethea. I have always said when I completed an IM that was what I was going to do. 8/14/07 got it touched up.
